Shipping and Returns

Delivery charge varies with each Purchase depending on delivery location. Our products ship to various countries and the cost of delivery would vary accordingly. For deliveries in India, Supervek offers free delivery.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors

1. Product’s availability at our warehouse
2. The destination to which you want the order shipped to

Orders within India are normally delivered within 3-5Business days.

For items listed as “In Stock”, we will mention the delivery time based on your country and pincode (in India, usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Shipments made to countries other than India can take anywhere between 1 to 8 weeks depending on delivery location. You will be informed of estimated delivery time at the time of checkout.

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it’s official release. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned.

3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. You can create your own account to save time on each order, or proceed with a guest account
4. Select suitable payment option
5. Relax and wait to receive home delivery of your Super-Wallets as per your order
6. Tell the whole world about your awesome new Super-Wallets through Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat

You can pay for your purchase online through net-banking, credit cards,debit cards and Paytm. If you make a purchase for delivery in India, we also provide COD facility.

No, you can always make your purchases through a guest account. However, we advise you to create your own account to keep a track of your favourite designs, our new collections and to save time in entering your shipping details for each purchase.

At Supervek, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. As an attempt to achieve that, we have ensured that we give you complete information on the super-wallet and the material to you on our website. This way, you can get a very clear understanding of the product and features. If in the rare event that you are not satisfied and wish to return any purchase made from our website, you can return it to us. We will process a refund after deducting our shipping and handling costs of Rs90/-. Please note that all return requests will be accepted up to 3 days from the date of delivery. We initiate a refund once we have received the Super-wallet in at our warehouse and our team has ensured that it is in good condition. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account once initiated. All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
